Nonprofits Thrive at LionShare Cowork

Nonprofits have a unique set of needs when it comes to finding a workspace that is both affordable and functional. LionShare Cowork provides a flexible and affordable alternative to traditional office spaces. Nonprofits often have limited budgets and need to make the most of their resources. LionShare allows nonprofits to rent only the space they need, without committing to long-term leases or investing in expensive office equipment and furniture. This flexibility also allows nonprofits to easily scale up or down as their needs change.

LionShare Cowork provides a supportive and collaborative environment that can be invaluable to nonprofits. Coworking spaces bring together a diverse group of professionals from different industries and backgrounds, creating opportunities for networking, collaboration and volunteers. Nonprofits can tap into this community to gain new insights, develop partnerships and access resources they might not otherwise have in a traditional office setting.

This past year LionShare Cowork had the pleasure of supporting one of our residents Sherry Saucerman of Wreaths Across America. We were fortunate to become a business sponsor of this memorial event in Atlantic Beach where over 300 wreath were laid upon the graves of veterans for the Christmas holiday. A few of our members were there to experience the honor. We look forward to being involved for years to come.

This year we would also like to welcome a new LionShare Cowork resident, The National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is a movement by and for people affected by MS. Their mission is that they will cure MS while empowering people

affected by MS to live their best lives. They host fundraising events throughout the country to raise crucial funds for research that leads to new breakthroughs in MS, to host programs to educate and support our community, to provide important services for people impacted by MS, and to create a network of healthcare professionals that specialize in MS. In Jacksonville, they will have Walk MS events in the spring and a Bike MS event in the fall each year that are great opportunities for volunteering, and getting your company involved as a team or sponsor.
