NEW COWORK SPACE CATERS TO JAX BEACH AND SOUTHSIDE

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- LionShare Cowork announced today the public opening of Jacksonville’s newest coworking space. Located at 14333 Beach Blvd, Suite 33, LionShare Cowork provides area telecommuters, entrepreneurs and even visitors with state-of-the-art remote working facilities.

Designed around the modern needs of today’s entrepreneurs and remote workers, LionShare Cowork combines a casual but beautifully appointed work environment with top-notch technical and ergonomic fixtures for maximum productivity.

“Our goal is to provide a highly professional and contemporary alternative to executives who need the privacy and amenities a coffee shop can’t provide,” said LionShare Cowork owner, Mike Januzzi.

“Freelancers, consultants, startups, telecommuters, home-based business owners, and entrepreneurs of all types will find a professional setting suitable for remote working, formal meetings, networking events and literally every form of business previously limited to full-time leased space,” Januzzi said.

LionShare Cowork renovated more than 9,000 sq. ft. of space in the Pablo Station plaza, at the Northwest corner of Beach Blvd. and San Pablo Rd. Complete with ample free parking and easy access to Jacksonville’s main thoroughfares, LionShare Cowork is a surprisingly modern yet beachy space unlike any other cowork space in the Jacksonville area.

“Our mission is to deliver a professional, comfortable, elegant and resourceful environment, convenient access, and affordable memberships to meet the demands of today’s remote workers and entrepreneurs,” Januzzi said. Lionshare Cowork offers flexible membership options, from one-to-30-day memberships ranging in price from $15/day to $325/month for dedicated desk space, or up to $1,100/month for the largest private executive offices. Options and amenities include everything from lower-priced shared tables to executives suites, fully equipped conference room, training and lecture rooms, and even a well-appointed networking space appropriately named, “The Lion’s Den,” outfitted with flat-screen television, fireplace, leather sofas, whiteboards and adjacent kitchen area.

For executives seeking the privacy of a more formal office, Lionshare Cowork provides 10+ Dedicated Offices that can host one-to-three members, as well as two larger offices that can fit teams of 10 comfortably. Januzzi, a veteran VOIP telecommunications engineer from Jacksonville, said the space is wired with state-of-the-art WiFi as well as hard-wired internet connections.

“We want to do everything possible to help Jacksonville become a leading community for entrepreneurial endeavors and next-gen start-ups,” Januzzi said. “This space is our first step toward making that goal a reality.” Januzzi said plans for hosting start-up incubator programs, business MeetUp groups and other small business support and training programs will be announced soon.
